Rasta Group GS 1000 general-purpose Top Guided Globe Valve shown in figure 1, is used for throttling or on-off in a wide scope of liquid services as well as steam/gas services. GS1000 is easily adaptable to bellows, steam-jacketed and long extension bonnets.

• S shape smooth profile cast globe body is third generation design of equal average-velocity with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) after second generation of equal-section design. So GS1000 provide more flow capacity and low initial investment.

• High integrity body/bonnet bolting system design to ASME VIII.

• Clamped top guiding provides maximum support to ensure plug stability but cost is low.

• Valve constructions allow material compatibility with NACE MR0175-2003, please contact Rasta Group for details.

• High performance GF TFE packing and graphite packing (EVSP9000) with live-loading spring to fit with low fugitive emissions API-622.
